Welcome to DSCollectables! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions related to shipping and delivery.

Shipping and Delivery

We strive to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible to get your items to you quickly.

1. Same-Day Shipping (Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked)

  • Eligibility: Orders placed and paid for by [Your Cut-off Time - e.g., 3:00 PM BST] on a business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/public holidays, will be dispatched on the next business day.
  • Service: All standard shipments within the United Kingdom are sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked service.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided to you once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery through the Royal Mail website. While Royal Mail 48 aims for delivery within 2 working days, please note this is an estimated timeframe and not a guaranteed service. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail.

2. International Shipping (Royal Mail International)

  • Worldwide Delivery: We are pleased to offer international shipping to most countries worldwide using Royal Mail International services.
  • Service Selection: The specific Royal Mail International service used (e.g., International Standard, International Tracked, International Signed) will depend on the value and weight of your order, and the destination country. Tracking availability for international orders will depend on the service chosen and the receiving country's postal service.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For all international orders, please be aware that you, the customer, are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may be levied by your country's customs department upon arrival. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an international order. We cannot mark items as "gifts" or alter their declared value to avoid customs fees.

  • Processing Time: While we aim for same-day dispatch for eligible orders, please allow up to 1 business day for order processing during peak periods or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of order placement. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
  • Lost or Damaged Shipments: In the rare event of a lost or significantly delayed shipment (beyond Royal Mail's estimated timeframe) or items damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in initiating a claim with Royal Mail and work towards a satisfactory resolution

Booster Packs

All sales of unopened booster packs are final. Due to the nature of collectible card games and the sealed, randomized contents of booster packs, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on these items once purchased. Please ensure you are happy with your booster pack selection before completing your order.

Individual Cards

Your satisfaction with the condition of individual cards purchased from us is important. If you are unhappy with the condition of a single card you've received, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Reporting Period: You must notify us of any concerns regarding the condition of an individual card within [Number] days of receiving your order.
  • Original Condition: The card must be returned to us in the exact same condition it was received. Any signs of play, damage, alteration, or tampering will void the return eligibility. We recommend careful handling upon receipt.
